The MyRoad Health Research Training Platform is excited to announce the upcoming platform launch event on May 29th, 2024 at the Chelsea Hotel in Toronto, Ontario.
During the morning hybrid session, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST, we will present the MyRoad Core Training and Mentoring Program (Fundamentals Level) with opening remarks from Mrs. Mona Nemer, Chief Science Advisor of Canada, and Dr. Norman Rosenblum, Scientific Director at the CIHR Institute of Nutrition, Metabolism and Diabetes and a keynote presentation from Ken Steele. An in-person afternoon session will be dedicated to trainees and early career investigators (ECI) and will offer a symposium on current concepts in Obesity, Diabetes and Cardiometabolism as well as networking and mentoring opportunities.
To access the virtual part of the event, create an account or login on RISE LMS and make sure that you have selected MyRoad/MaRoute as the name of your Network/Program. You will find the link to attend the event on your profile dashboard and in the calendar.
