New Training Opportunity for Indigenous Undergraduate Students

Are you an Indigenous student interested in learning how to do research? The University of Manitoba is now offering a training opportunity for Indigenous students! This workshop will be led by Moneca Sinclaire from the University of Manitoba and will run from August 26 – 30, 2024. MyRoad will offer financial support to 4 selected trainees to participate to the training.

To apply for the travel award, please provide the following information in one document:

  1. Please provide a brief description of your training path so far and, if relevant, how your lived experience may have influenced your progress. (max. 250 words)
  2. Please provide a brief description of your most significant achievements so far (scientific or other) and how those achievements have prepared you for the activity you are applying for in the present funding call. (max. 250 words)
  3. Please provide a brief description of how this award will contribute to academic and career progress. (max. 500 words)
